All papers must be original and not be under review elsewhere. Pacific Accounting Review seeks papers that make a significant contribution to accounting and finance knowledge in a clear and concise fashion; both empirical and theoretical submissions are welcome. The journal applies a double-blind review process.
While Pacific Accounting Review provides a unique forum for research relating to the Pacific region, papers focusing on other geographic areas are also welcome.
The broad scope of the journal acknowledges the importance of all forms of research in informing academics, practitioners, students and the general public of current developments in accounting and finance and provides insights into how present practice is shaped and formed.
