Acquisition of Research Media Ltd
The Emerald Group has acquired Research Media, a successful provider of dissemination services to the scientific research community based in Bristol, UK.
The two businesses serve two distinct sections of the scholarly research community and will continue to grow as independent brands. Vicky Williams, Business Development and Marketing Director at Emerald says, “Research Media’s suite of services is satisfying a growing need in the scientific research community. The company is extremely innovative, staffed by great people and Emerald is delighted to be involved in potential for future developments”.

Emerald's Web platform migration
In 2013, Emerald will be migrating www.emeraldinsight.com to Atypon’s Literatum online publishing platform.
Literatum is widely recognized as an industry leader and will allow Emerald to offer an enhanced service to our librarian, author and researcher communities.
We appreciate that to offer you these enhancements will require some updates and it is our aim to keep any disruption to a minimum. The move is scheduled for July/August 2013 and we will ensure that specific details are communicated in the coming months and that relevant training is provided.
